• Small Parcel 48 Tracked (up to 2kg): £3.99
• Medium Parcel - 48 Tracked (up to 5kg): £7.99

International Shipping
Rates vary by destination and order size, shown at checkout.

• EU Standard Shipping: Austria, Belgium, and other listed countries.
• Non-EU Standard Shipping: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland.
• USA: Mainland only (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
• Australia: Excludes isolated locations like the Outback.
• Canada: Excludes isolated locations.

Dispatch & Shipping Times

• UK Orders: Royal Mail, approx. 7-10 days from order date.
• International Orders: Times vary; typically 5-14 working days.

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
Non-Arsenal items are made on demand, with production times depending on demand.

Tax & Customs

• EU Orders: IOSS registration covers EU taxes, so no additional VAT or customs fees upon delivery.
• Non-EU Orders: Taxes and customs duties not covered; paid by the recipient on delivery.

Refunds (excluding shipping) are provided as store credit or cash if requested. Exchanges are also accepted within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
