AFTA Super League Club Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to the AFTA Super League Club, operated by AFTA Studios Ltd.

By purchasing or using an AFTA Super League Club membership, you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions in addition to our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Delivery & Postage Policy and Returns / Exchange Policy.

1. ABOUT AFTA SUPER LEAGUE CLUB

AFTA Super League Club is a paid membership operated by AFTA Studios Ltd and created around the women's professional football season.

Membership may include exclusive AFTA Super League Club content, emails, editorial features, member-only offers, merchandise benefits, welcome gifts and other benefits made available to members during the season.

The exact benefits available may vary during the season and will be communicated to members through our website, email or other AFTA Studios channels.

2. MEMBERSHIP PERIOD

AFTA Super League Club is designed as a season-long membership running from September to May.

Different payment options may be available for membership. The price, payment frequency and any applicable renewal terms will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that every membership benefit will be delivered at the same time. Benefits, content and communications are intended to be provided throughout the relevant season.

3. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND PRICING

For the 2026/27 season, AFTA Super League Club may be available through the following membership options:

• Monthly Membership – £4.99 per month.
• Full Season Membership – £35.

The Full Season Membership price may be offered for a limited period and may be withdrawn or changed for future purchases.

The price shown at checkout at the time you purchase your membership is the price that applies to your order.

4. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Monthly Membership is charged at £4.99 per month.

By purchasing a Monthly Membership, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable membership fee using the payment method provided at checkout.

Monthly Membership will continue and your membership fee will be charged automatically at the applicable monthly interval unless you cancel your membership.

You may cancel your Monthly Membership in accordance with the cancellation section below.

5. FULL SEASON MEMBERSHIP

Where available, the Full Season Membership allows you to pay £35 for access to AFTA Super League Club for the applicable season.

The £35 Full Season Membership is paid in a single payment rather than monthly instalments.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, purchasing a Full Season Membership does not automatically commit you to purchase a future season.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Monthly Membership automatically renews on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

The applicable membership price, billing frequency and renewal information will be displayed to you before purchase.

If we make a material change to the price of an existing recurring membership, we will provide appropriate notice before the new price applies.

You may cancel an automatically renewing membership so that future renewal payments are not taken.

7. CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your Monthly Membership at any time before your next scheduled payment.

Cancellation stops future membership payments. Unless otherwise required by law, cancelling does not automatically refund membership fees that have already become payable or been paid for a membership period that has already started.

Your membership will normally remain active until the end of the membership period you have already paid for.

Nothing in these Membership Terms affects any statutory cancellation rights that apply to you.

8. STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Depending on the nature of the membership and the benefits supplied, you may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing online.

Where a statutory 14-day cancellation period applies to a service contract, that period generally begins when the contract is entered into.

If you expressly request that membership services or benefits begin during the statutory cancellation period, applicable consumer law may allow us to take account of services already supplied when determining any refund due.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

9. WELCOME GIFT

Eligible AFTA Super League Club members may receive a welcome gift or welcome pack as part of their membership.

Unless otherwise stated, the welcome gift is available once per eligible member per season.

Welcome gifts are subject to availability. We may substitute an item with a reasonably equivalent alternative if necessary.

Members may be required to pay applicable delivery costs, customs charges, duties or taxes associated with sending the welcome gift.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before the welcome gift order is completed.

Welcome gifts have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit unless required by law.

10. MEMBER MERCHANDISE DISCOUNT

Active AFTA Super League Club members may receive 15% off eligible AFTA Super League Club merchandise.

The member discount is intended for personal use by the registered member and is limited to one use per month per member, unless otherwise stated.

The discount may only apply to selected AFTA Super League Club merchandise and may exclude other AFTA Studios products, licensed products, collaborations, commissions, gift cards, sale products or other items where stated.

Member discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless expressly stated.

Discount codes and membership benefits must not be sold, transferred, published or knowingly shared with non-members.

11. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT AND EMAILS

Membership may include AFTA Super League Club emails, editorial content, opinion, features, stories, recommendations, member updates and other season-related content.

The timing, format and frequency of membership content may vary throughout the season.

We may occasionally change, postpone or replace scheduled membership content where reasonably necessary.

Membership content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

12. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

AFTA Super League Club is a season-long creative membership and individual benefits may evolve throughout the season.

We may make reasonable changes to the format, timing or content of individual membership benefits.

We will not use this provision to remove the core value of a paid membership without appropriate consideration of the rights of existing members.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide appropriate information or notice where required.

13. MEMBER-ONLY OFFERS AND EVENTS

From time to time, members may be offered additional competitions, giveaways, offers, opportunities, events or promotions.

These may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, availability, deadlines or additional terms which will be communicated at the relevant time.

Membership does not guarantee access to every optional event, promotion or opportunity unless expressly stated.

14. ELIGIBILITY

Membership is available to individuals who are legally able to enter into the membership contract.

If a member is under 18, the membership should be purchased or authorised by a parent or legal guardian where required.

Certain benefits, competitions or activities may have additional age, location or eligibility restrictions.

15. PERSONAL USE AND ACCOUNT SHARING

AFTA Super League Club membership is personal to the individual member and must not be resold or commercially exploited.

Member-only discount codes, content, benefits or access details must not be distributed publicly or shared for the purpose of allowing non-members to obtain membership benefits.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse of member benefits.

16. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate a membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of membership benefits, unauthorised sharing or resale of member benefits, chargeback abuse, or a serious breach of these Membership Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact the member before taking action.

Any decision regarding a refund following termination will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the case.

17. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring membership payment cannot be successfully processed, we or our payment provider may attempt to collect the payment again.

Membership access or benefits may be paused or ended if membership fees remain unpaid.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information up to date.

18. DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL MEMBERSHIP ITEMS

Where membership includes a physical gift, product or other item, delivery is subject to our Delivery & Postage Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, availability and the delivery service used.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

AFTA Super League Club content, artwork, illustrations, designs, written material and other original creative material remain the intellectual property of AFTA Studios or the relevant rights holder.

Club, league, federation, player and other third-party intellectual property may be used by AFTA Studios under licence or with permission from the relevant rights holder.

Membership does not grant members any ownership or commercial rights in AFTA Studios content or third-party intellectual property.

20. OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these Membership Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Membership Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

21. CHANGES TO THESE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

We may update these Membership Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the membership, our business, applicable law or regulatory requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide appropriate notice and will not use these Terms to remove or reduce statutory rights.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Membership Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections they are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
