RETURN POLICY
We accept returns; however, please note that statutory cancellation rights may apply to eligible online purchases. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exclusions.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, where applicable.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms set out in this policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange an item(s) or receive store credit, this can be done within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items, subject to availability.
Exchanges and store credit do not affect any statutory cancellation rights you may have.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Currently, we do not offer free returns or exchanges.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at support@aftastudios.com as soon as possible.
We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to rectify the error and replace the item(s), where appropriate.
If the issue cannot be resolved through a replacement or other appropriate remedy, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please note that items damaged intentionally or through misuse are not eligible for a refund.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@aftastudios.com first.
Once your request is approved, send the item(s) back to our designated return address within 14 days of receiving your order, where applicable.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in suitable, resellable condition where applicable. We reserve the right to assess returned items in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Important: Please include a written note with your name and order number inside the return package. Without this note, we may not be able to identify your order, which could delay processing.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we do not provide free return labels, except where we are required to cover the cost under applicable consumer law.
We recommend insuring your parcel for its full value and using a service that provides tracking and requires a signature upon delivery.
Ensure that your item(s) are well packaged to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they are received at our premises.

POLICY ON WORN ITEMS
To maintain the quality of our products for all customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns for any items that have been damaged, worn, or used, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, where applicable and provided it meets the relevant return conditions.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.

COMMISSIONS
Commissioned work is created specifically to your requirements.
If you wish to cancel a commission, please contact support@aftastudios.com as soon as possible.
Where work has already begun, cancellation and any applicable refund will depend on the circumstances and work completed.
Where a commission results in genuinely personalised or bespoke goods, statutory cancellation rights may not apply where permitted by law.
COMPLIANCE WITH UK AND EU CONSUMER LAW
This policy complies with applicable UK and EU consumer rights laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which govern distance selling and provide consumer rights relating to cancellation, returns and refunds.
We ensure that:
- Estimated delivery dates are clearly communicated.
- Any significant delays are promptly reported to you.
- You have access to applicable cancellation and refund rights in accordance with legal requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Under applicable EU law, personalised or custom-made goods are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal where they are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
