All processing, dispatch, and shipping dates are approximate and differ for each item; they will be displayed on the listing. For UK orders, items are typically sent via Royal Mail and usually take 7 to 10 days to arrive from the order date.

If your item is not on a pre-order, our approximate processing time to dispatch an order from our offices is around 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was placed.

We are registered withIOSS, which means all taxes for EU countries will be added at checkout. There are no additional VAT or customs fees upon delivery, ensuring faster clearance through customs.

For countries outside the EU, we do not cover taxes, customs duties, or import charges. These will need to be paid by you upon delivery in your country.

For US customers, all import taxes, tariffs, and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery in the USA.
