EU Standard Shipping

Available to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Non-EU Standard Shipping

Available to:
Iceland, Norway, Switzerland.

USA Shipping

Mainland USA only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Australia Shipping

Excluding isolated locations such as the Outback.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applicable in the destination country. AFTA Studios has no control over these charges, and they vary from country to country.

Dispatch & Shipping Times

All processing, dispatch, and shipping dates are approximate and differ for each item; they will be displayed on the listing. For UK orders, items are typically sent via Royal Mail and usually take 7 to 10 days to arrive from the order date. If your order includes items dispatched from multiple locations (e.g., from both AFTA Studios and a third-party supplier), the postage costs will reflect this, and you may receive items in separate deliveries.

International shipping times will vary depending on the destination and postal service. Please note, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. However, if you have not received your parcel in the time frames stated above, please do contact us at support@aftastudios.com.

If your item is not on a pre-order, our approximate processing time to dispatch an order from our offices is around 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was placed. Made-on-demand items dispatched from our third-party supplier are typically shipped within 5-10 days.

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Non-Arsenal or non-official items are made on demand and dispatched via third-party suppliers, with production times varying by demand. These items are not held in stock at AFTA Studios, and prices may vary based on the item. Check product descriptions for details.

AFTA Studios Fulfilment

All Arsenal and official Arsenal items are dispatched directly from AFTA Studios. Some items may only be available for pre-order, so please refer to the product listing for availability and estimated delivery times.

Tax & Customs Information

IOSS for EU Orders

We are registered with IOSS, which means all taxes for EU countries will be added at checkout. There are no additional VAT or customs fees upon delivery, ensuring faster clearance through customs.

Non-EU Orders

For countries outside the EU, we do not cover taxes, customs duties, or import charges. These will need to be paid by you upon delivery in your country.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Please note that while we strive to meet the stated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur, particularly with items fulfilled via our print-on-demand service. This could be due to production delays, public holidays, or unforeseen issues with our postal partners. We will always keep you informed of any significant delays and appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order is delayed significantly or does not arrive, please contact our customer service team at support@aftastudios.com. For items shipped via Royal Mail, please allow up to 14 business days before reporting a missing parcel, as delays may occur due to postal backlogs or other external factors.
